Shipping Info

All items are shipped using the Danish national mail service (PostNord). Due to the high shipping costs in Denmark, we will ship items as uninsured/untracked letters by default.

While this method works 99.9% of the time, there is a tiny risk that the package will be lost during transit. Toxxi Media does not take any responsibility if that happens.

If you want to be 100% completely sure to receive the items, as well as refunds/replacements in case the package is lost in transit, we recommend choosing insured/tracked shipping, which can be rather expensive.

We take proper packaging very seriously. All our items are shipped using bubble envelopes, as well as cardboard mailers and inserts, to protect the items as best as possible during transit. We also aim to make our packaging as discreet as possible, so that it doesn't catch the attention of any unauthorized person.

Return Policy

Toxxi Media may only offer returns, replacements or refunds if the items sent contains any mistakes or damage. It is up to Toxxi Media to determine if a return/refund should be given to the buyer. We do not offer returns or refunds to buyer's remorse. We also do not provide refunds to items that has its seal broken.

While we aim to replace/refund any faulty or damaged items, some items, such as limited-edition products, may be impossible to replace due to the limited stock that we have on these products. In such cases, a full refund may be issued.

We do not offer refunds for lost shipments, if the items were shipped uninsured. Read "Shipping info" for more information on this topic.
